We also work with industry partners to use smart advanced techniques in our projects, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Multi-trade integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MiMEP). Our objectives are to improve the overall environmental performance of our projects and achieve standards higher than statutory requirements or industry best practices.
