Building Information Modelling (BIM) Guides

Whilst the ArchSD endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the contents in these Guides, no expressed or implied warranty is given on the accuracy of any of its contents and there are no representations, either expressed or implied, as to the suitability of the said information and data for any particular purpose. It is hereby stated expressly that the department does not approve, recommend, endorse or certify the use of any of the information and technologies contained in or in connection with these Guides.

It is hereby stated expressly that the department does not approve, recommend, endorse or certify the use of the files provided to the CIC.
Users are responsible for making their own assessments and judgement of the appropriate use of the files. The department accepts no liability for any use of the file. The department does not accept any responsibilities for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of the files.

THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN TRANSLATED INTO CHINESE. IF THERE IS ANY INCONSISTENCY OR AMBIGUITY BETWEEN THE ENGLISH VERSION AND THE CHINESE VERSION, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.
