The project provides 35,310 indoor niches, 8,400 outdoor niches, centralized joss paper burners, The project provides 35,310 indoor niches, 8,400 outdoor niches, centralized joss paper burners, administrative facilities, Customer e-Information Centre for web-worshiping and searching of the tombs or niches of ancestors, and Gardens of Remembrance for scattering of cremated ashes with Chinese and Western thematic memorial pillars for about 9,000 nos. of plaques to be inscribed.

The project consists of a 5-storey 120m-long niche block tucked into the natural valley; external niches at the stepping platforms next to the niche block; and a single-storey low block accommodating other supporting facilities.

A meandering path is provided leading worshippers from the reflecting pond at the entrance which purifies the minds of the worshipers, to the niche block, as well as the grand steps to the external niches and the Gardens of Remembrance.
