Any individuals wishing to be considered for inclusion in the List of DRAds are invited to complete and return the form Application For Inclusion on the DRAd List along with all the required documents listed in the form to:

Upon receipt of a fully substantiated application, the Secretary of JMC will assess the application according to the admission criteria as stipulated in Appendix 1.4 of the DRAd System Handbook and submit the recommendation to JMC for endorsement. Applicant will be notified of the result of the application in writing by the Secretary of JMC.
